These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wan345 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at wan345.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of wan345, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

wan345 operates under applicable international licensing. We do not claim to hold a licence issued by, or to be authorised or regulated by, the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether use of this Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction before accessing or participating.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, match bonuses or other non-cashable incentives credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the wan345 website accessible at wan345.cam, together with all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, betting markets, and support services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by the Platform's own operational policies.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms made available to Users through their Account settings.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, promotional offers and ancillary services made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on wan345, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Platform's license conditions — whichever is greater.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or trustee for any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform, whether active, suspended or previously closed.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, from wan345 or from any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer or close family member of wan345 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or business partners.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions set out above are satisfied and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. You further agree to notify wan345 immediately if any eligibility condition ceases to be met during the life of your Account.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform by providing accurate and complete information as required. The registration process requires, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. Additional personal information may be collected for KYC purposes as described in Section 5.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying wan345 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
• Ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

wan345 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, to suspend or close an existing Account, or to void any transactions associated with an Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that eligibility conditions have not been met or that fraudulent or deceptive conduct has occurred.

wan345 is committed to operating in a manner consistent with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing standards. Accordingly, all Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC may also be triggered at any other point during the life of an Account, including at the time of registration or following significant deposit activity.

KYC documentation typically required includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• A recent proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a bank statement or screenshot of an e-wallet account in the User's name).
• A selfie or live-verification photograph where required by the Platform's compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Persistent non-compliance may result in Account closure. In cases where fraud, money laundering or identity theft is suspected, wan345 reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Deposits are made through the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for informational context only. These references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, or confirmation of support by those providers. Users must verify the availability of their preferred payment method directly in the cashier before initiating a deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned, subject to applicable processing fees. wan345 is not liable for losses resulting from deposits made using incorrect payment details provided by the User.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. wan345 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful clearance by the relevant payment provider. wan345 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing.

All funds deposited on wan345 must originate from lawfully obtained sources. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• Your Account has been fully verified under the KYC procedures described in Section 5.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds have been met.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
• No pending investigations, disputes or suspicious activity flags are associated with your Account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as a measure against money laundering. Where this is not possible, alternative methods will be applied at the discretion of wan345's payments team.

Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. wan345 targets internal processing of approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. External processing times are determined by the relevant payment provider and are outside of wan345's control.

wan345 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures to large withdrawal requests, including requests for additional documentation beyond standard KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.

wan345 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms displayed on the relevant offer page. In the event of any conflict, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. New-player bonuses are available on a one-time basis per individual, household, IP address, device or payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and contribution rates are specified on each offer page.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• wan345 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting system errors — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• wan345 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus and any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a promotion has been claimed in breach of these conditions.

Participation in any promotion is voluntary. Users who do not wish to receive bonus offers may contact support to opt out of promotional communications at any time.

All bets placed and games participated in on wan345 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game type or event. These rules are accessible from within the relevant game or betting market interface. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm your acceptance of those rules.

General betting and gaming conditions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be amended or cancelled by the User after confirmation except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and the User exercises that option within the permitted time window.
• Bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors may be voided at wan345's discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
• wan345 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout or available markets for any User, event or game type at its sole discretion, including as a measure against advantage play.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official result declared by the relevant governing body (such as the Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC or relevant football association), the official result shall prevail.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type.

Live in-play markets, including ball-by-ball cricket markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments, are subject to rapid price changes. wan345 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available between the time of viewing and the time of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of confirmed acceptance constitute the final contracted odds for that bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wan345. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which its use is prohibited.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to wan345 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from wan345.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or sports integrity violations in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or members of wan345's support team.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction or responsible gambling measure by creating a new Account or using another person's Account.

wan345 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available through your Account settings and take effect as follows:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals to prompt awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During any self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to register a new Account or use another person's Account to access the Platform.

All content available on the wan345 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wan345 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or in connection with any other website or service.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of wan345's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wan345 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Damages arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interrupted connectivity.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local law.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

wan345's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

wan345 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform, sending an email to the address registered with your Account, or by other appropriate means. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the process described in Section 4.

The current version of these Terms, together with their effective date, is always accessible at wan345.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wan345 holds its applicable operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures made available under wan345's applicable operating licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wan345 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
